Maia Bouchier

From a determined youth playing in boys teams to a prolific international batter, Maia's career spans domestic, franchise and international triumphs. On her Test debut for England against South Africa in December 2024 she scored 126, reviving women's Test cricket in the country after a 22-year gap — and she was Player of the T20-Series at home against New Zealand the same year.

Set up one of the first pilots for Chance to Shine linking Hague School and Victoria Park Juniors CC, which grew into THCC. Shahidul Alam Ratan

Joined CKC in 2008 as Development Head Coach and became CEO in 2015. An ECB Level 3 Coach and coach educator, Ratan conceptualises and manages all of CKC's cricket-development programmes across London and has built strategic partnerships with the ECB, County Boards, MCC and Chance to Shine. He previously served as National Coach for Bangladesh and Malaysia, and received the National Award for Developing Grassroots Cricket at the Asian Cricket Awards 2016.
