Our Women’s & Girls programme exists for one reason: to make cricket a sport every girl feels she belongs in.
Across weekly sessions, camps and competitions, girls of all ages learn the game alongside role models who look like them and have walked the same path.
It is about more than cricket. Participants grow in confidence, build friendships and take on leadership roles — as players, as captains and as voices for the next generation.
